Basic Alterations Made Easy!
Tired of paying for simple clothing fixes? Learn how to do it yourself and make your clothes fit just right! In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll discover how to:
- Shorten men’s dress shirt cuffs
- Hem a prom dress (or bring 1/2 yard of silk-like material to class, and I will show you how to hem it without a rolled hem foot!)
- Alter a pair of jeans
These simple techniques will save you money (and maybe a few fashion emergencies!) for years to come. This class is perfect for moms, wives, teens — or anyone who wants to feel confident sewing and altering clothes.
Once you learn these skills, you’ll be the popular one in your family and friend circle — everyone will want your help!
